Valued Customers: We want to update you on the progress of our #csbrocksrrenovation project. While we had initially anticipated welcoming you into the branch on 10/17, we are delaying the reopening to the end of this month. Our top priority is to provide you with a welcoming and comfortable environment that exceeds your expectations.

The construction crew and our team have been working tirelessly to bring you an improved and enhanced banking experience at our downtown Chelsea Location. We understand how eager you are to return and enjoy our services, and we are very much looking forward to seeing you, too.

Attention Valued Customers, Exciting news! Our Downtown Branch is undergoing its final phase of renovations, starting Monday, September 18, 2023. Please note that during this time, banking operations at the Downtown Branch (305 S. Main Street, Chelsea) will be temporarily suspended. Don't worry, we have you covered! Our Chelsea Plaza and Dexter Branch will remain fully operational to meet all your banking needs.

Safe deposit box access, kindly contact us at (734) 475-1355 or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment. Once scheduled, please use the Main Street entrance.
Open a new account or perform account maintenance conveniently online at www.chelseastate.bank or visit either of our other two locations.
Drive-thru and lobby services will not be available during this phase.
The ATM at the Downtown Branch will remain open and accessible by walk-up at times.
Lastly, if you currently utilize our Downtown Night Drop, please reach out to us at (734) 475-1355 or [email protected] to book an appointment for authorization to utilize the Plaza Night Drop during this period.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we bring you an even better banking experience. Our goal is to reopen the newly remodeled fully operational branch on Tuesday, October 17, following the successful completion of this project!
